Pat has over 30 years of experience in all areas of Human Resources, Employment Law, Payroll, Accounting, and Staffing Operations Recruiting. She has been with CHRC Creative Human Resources Concepts since 1997.
She handles Full Cycle Payroll Management, Accounts Payable, Benefits, and Workers Compensation. She also works with Desk Top Procedures, Training, Policies and Directives as well as Employment/Un-Employment, Federal, State and Municipal Compliance Manuals and Newsletters.
Pat has over 20 years of recruiting, advertising, and job placement experience. In 2000, Mr. Roy developed a proprietary line of Agricultural/Construction Fencing products utilizing plastic extrusion and injection mold technologies. He has received 6 patents and two trademarks relative to the project. Concurrent projects include technology research and development , technology licensing, and field testing within the renewable energy sector. He anticipates market introduction in 2015.
David Geddes, Refinery Economics and Planning Consultant
David Geddes is a refinery economics and planning consultant (PREP Consulting Inc.) for the past ten years. He provides planning and economics consulting services and training to the petroleum refining, petrochemical, and bio fuels industries. Assignments have included planning model and business process updates, and also feasibility studies for new refineries in the Middle East, South America and North Africa. These feasibility studies typically have involved (LP) Linear Programming model development and technical consulting relating to process technology.
He also provides consulting services for crude oil producers for crude oil valuation. He provides training in refinery technology and economics, and also crude oil valuation for crude oil producers. Courses have been conducted at the Colorado School of Mines, Golden, Colorado, Dubai, Singapore, Bangkok, Cape Town, Doha and at client locations worldwide. The training also includes services for refinery planning software and implementation (PIMS and PETRO).
His past practical and professional experiences includes twenty years at Bechtel Corporation. He has worked on feasibility studies and economic evaluations for refineries and petrochemical plants in the United States, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and South America. While at Bechtel he also managed the PIMS Group that developed the PIMS linear programming system, which is widely used in the refining and petrochemical industry for economic decision-making.
Mr. Geddes received a B. S. in Petroleum Refining from the Colorado School of Mines and a M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado. He has been published in numerous text books, professional journals and trade publications concerning Economics and Technologies relating to Oil & Gas Refinery Operations.
Mr. Geddes is an avid fisherman and enjoys taking fishing trips with his family in the Colorado Rockies, Alaska Range, Ozark Mountains, and Mexico-the Sea of Cortez. He says "if you're too busy to go fishing, you're too busy".

Phillip A. Austin, Community Liason
Phillip A. Austin, Attorney at Law, is a member of both Arizona and California State Bar Associations and has more than thirty years’ experience in employment, housing, civil rights and labor law. He also has extensive experience in the field of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration and regulatory negotiations.
As Assistant Attorney General and Chief Counsel for the Arizona Civil Rights Division for sixteen years, he litigated and was involved in the investigation and mediation of more than nine thousand employment and housing complaints and lawsuits.
Since 1994 Mr. Austin has been in private practice where he has handled over 4,000 general employment related cases on behalf of both employers and employees. Monica Sanchez, Oil & Gas Industry Expert
Monica Sanchez, has over 8 years of experience in the gas and oil Industry. She worked for a service company in the Logging and Perforating department, Business Development, Directional Drilling departments. She held roles as a Resource Planner and Proposal specialist. She decided to pursue her BS in Geology in 2011 became a full time student and completed her degree from California State University, Bakersfield in June 2014. While a student she was awarded the Africa Array Scholarship from Penn State, was invited to Exxon’s Training Facility in Houston to give a presentation on her career goals. She attended the South Dakota’s School of Mines Field Camp in Turkey, where she mapped sections of the Anatolian Fault for 6 weeks. Todd Endrud, Project Manager & Quality Assurance Professional
Todd Endrud has over twenty years’ experience in oilfield services and oil & gas construction projects. He is a senior (API) American Petroleum Institute Mechanical Integrity Inspector certified as API 510 pressure vessels, API 570 pipeline, and API 653 Tanks inspector. He is also an experienced Certified Welding Inspector. He graduated from Ridgewater College’s Non-Destructive & Metallurgy program and the University of North Dakota’s Associate Engineering department at Williston, North Dakota.
Recently, Todd has been advising oil & gas companies on upstream field services with an emphasis on technical issues and business development strategies in a very competitive North Dakota economic landscape.
Prior to working in the upstream market, Todd consulted in the Bakken to several companies who were mainly involved with the new construction of facilities & pipelines. Todd brings extensive knowledge of the regional upstream service sector. Because of his diverse experience and history in North Dakota, he offers a comprehensive platform of services to producers in the Bakken region and globally.
As a native of Watford City, ND he began working in related oilfield services at an early age. After graduating from North Dakota University’s Associate Engineering Program, his professional career began with GE’s nuclear reactor services in NDT (Phased Array Ultra-Sonic’s technologies) both domestically, and internationally (Europe).
Following his extensive international travels he returned to his native North Dakota on the Four Bear’s Bridge project as a field engineer for Bilfinger Berger. Later he joined Basin Electrics Dakota Gasification as an equipment reliability specialist managing assets in several process areas. He is currently acting as a consultant and technical advisor on oil & gas projects in the Bakken region and other parts of the Mid-Continent.
