Brian Costello Common Sense Media Yes, the wordy Justice League X RWBY: Super Heroes and Huntsmen Part One does deliver on its implied promise of bringing two beloved franchises together, but the whole thing feels a little forced. Rated: 3/5 Sep 6, 2023 Full Review Brittany Vincent Decider It’s an exciting, action-packed, and well-animated adventure that should please either camp and perhaps invite some new fans as well. Aug 7, 2023 Full Review Ricky Church Flickering Myth Justice League x RWBY: Super Heroes & Huntsmen Part One is an entertaining film that blends together these two franchises very well, enough so that anyone who hasn’t seen much of RWBY or DC won’t be lost in who the characters are or their vast mythology. May 1, 2023 Full Review Sam Stone CBR A solid thrill for both longtime RWBY and DC fans. Apr 26, 2023 Full Review Read all reviews

Stephen L This isn’t a film — it’s an event for RWBY insiders. The Justice League wakes up as teenagers on Remnant with lost powers and zero answers. The story assumes you already know the lore, characters, and world. If you don’t, tough luck. Still, there’s style. Seeing stylized versions of DC heroes is fun, and there are light sparks of romantic tension. But the tone is all over the place, the villains are shapeless, and one of the only moments of real conflict comes from a forced crass joke that doesn’t fit the rest of the film. Fans of RWBY might enjoy the immersion. For everyone else, it’s more baffling than bold. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 04/08/25 Full Review Cameron H Members of the Justice League are mysteriously turned into teenagers and transported to the world of Remnant, where they team up with Team RWBY to defeat a group of supervillains. I watched this film only because I’ve seen all the other animated DC movies, but I’m not familiar with RWBY. This was a pretty forgettable film with mediocre voice acting, cheap animation, and a strange story with the Justice League somehow becoming teenagers. It’s a really weird crossover with fan fiction vibes. I didn’t care for any of the RWBY characters because I’m not familiar enough with them. Overall, even if you’re a fan of the Justice League characters, skip this movie, it’s nothing special. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 04/07/25 Full Review Alan T As an adult, this can be a bit childish. But as a lover of superheroes, this is not that bad and rather entertaining. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/03/25 Full Review Cristian s No soy el publico objetivo de esta película. Linda animación, entretenida de ver y no mucho mas. Seguramente a alguien que conozca a todos los personajes le puede resultar mas épico. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 09/20/24 Full Review London H Pretty good overall only complaint is how they made Batman act. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 04/16/24 Full Review Steve B Really creative story and a great take on blending anime with DC. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 10/21/23 Full Review Read all reviews
