Audience Member Former Raider John Matuszak plays a suspended cop out to find his partner's killer and a kidnapped pop star (Stacey Q). I did like the scene where he rails against lawyers and the well intentioned messages to kids about smoking pot. Best part is Lt McCoy's orders to Matuszak of 'I want you to follow regulations' which consistently go unheeded. Certainly not short on cliches. Matuszak is not an All-Pro actor but he is a team player and has a supporting cast of all-stars.
