Teenage Tom (Stef Aerts) and 30-year-old Xavier (Wouter Hendrickx) are strangers united by a common diagnosis -- both men have cystic fibrosis, a terminal condition of the respiratory system. After meeting during one of their grueling treatments, the two begin an unlikely friendship.
