Although I understand there were issues with people being upset about the portrayal of someone with D.I.D. in this film as being violent, which is the opposite of what is normally seen with people with this disorder, but to be fair, it is a film about comic book like super powers, so this world in the movie is not our world that we currently live in. If you can set aside that, which to most people, for a movie, is easy to do, the rest of the movie is entertaining, at times suspenseful, and mostly just a curious ride through a what if situation involving people with exra-ordinary powers. Watch it for fun, don't use it as a basis for a thesis on people suffering from D.I.D.
