One night, while out riding his horse, Eddie Dean (Eddie Dean) comes upon a stagecoach being robbed by bandits. He intervenes and rescues the passengers, including a newly appointed judge, Roy Hilton (Forrest Taylor), who's traveling to the nearby town of Rawhide to bring law and order to the community. After witnessing Dean's heroics, the judge enlists the cowboy to help him, but their efforts are complicated by the arrival of mysterious drifter Nevada (David Sharpe).

Dallas H I am impressed that there was a budget for color film stock for a low-budget, poverty row released western genre movie. The acting and the placement of the actors make for a very rigid and stiff performance. I felt like it was a community theater stage production of a western story.
