Frozen for a century in a block of arctic ice, Howard Hillary (Harry Houdini) is freed by a group of explorers. They bring him back to New York City, where he runs into Felice (Jane Connelly), a woman who bears a striking resemblance to his onetime fiancée -- also named Felice! It turns out that the woman is a relative of Howard's old flame. The uncanny connections between past and present continue as he butts heads with Felice's scheming beau, Dr. Trent (Arthur Maude).

Audience Member Bizarre little silent movie about a man who is found frozen in the Arctic, thawed out, and seems to think his girlfriend from 100 years ago is still around! (We've all been there!). It is interesting to see the highly popular illusionist in this semi-dramatic role but any real sequences of derring do are reserved for the final scenes atop Niagara Falls. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/26/23 Full Review Audience Member my fave Houdini silent that he produced and starred in Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review
