Audience Member 131206: I enjoyed this Rogers film quite a bit. Great humour, great characters, fun. It is worth watching this film just for Gabby Hayes and his continual commentary on relationships. Roy cleans up one town and rides to tombstone where he is mistaken for Shotgun Cassidy a hired thug to be sheriff, Roy doesn't let anyone know he's Bret Starr a good guy, until he finds out the town's dirty dealings that he is gonna clean up. Elyse Knox plays the women Roy's heart is after and she is a beauty. Great story line for 1941, 4 Stars Rated 4/5 Stars •  Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/23/23 Full Review Audience Member Rather ordinary Roy Rogers movie, with the usual song interludes.
