Audience Member 48/100. Poorly made thriller, not in the least bit convincing. Routinely acted, but Dean Cain is pretty good and rises above the material. It does have a far fetched plot, as well as bland action scenes. The cinematography is decent. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/18/23 Full Review Audience Member My attempt to watch the 1971 Phase IV was stimied by my miserable failure of a mistake by grabbing the wrong the DVD off the shelf and I ended up renting this complete loser of a film.
