Murphy Dunne was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Dunne began his acting career with roles in such films as "The Big Bus" (1976) with Joseph Bologna, "High Anxiety" (1977) with Mel Brooks and "Oh, God!" (1977) with George Burns. He also appeared in the George Segal comedy "The Last Married Couple in America" (1979) and the Talia Shire romance "Old Boyfriends" (1979). Dunne also contributed music to the crime feature "Outside Chance" (1978) with Yvette Mimieux. His passion for acting continued to his roles in projects like the Martin Mull comedy "Growing Pains" (1984), the John Travolta drama "Perfect" (1985) and "Summer Rental" (1985). Dunne also created music for the Vince Edwards adventure "Space Raiders" (1983). Dunne had a number of different projects under his belt in the nineties and the early 2000s, including "Antz" (1998), "Kissing A Fool" with David Schwimmer (1998) and "Phoenix" (1998) starring Ray Liotta. His credits also expanded to "The Road to El Dorado" (2000) and "Recess: School's Out" (2001). Dunne most recently voiced characters in the family sequel "Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules" (2011) with Zachary Gordon.
