When Vishwanath Sharma (Anant Mahadevan) loses his business to treacherous employee Madan Chopra (Shilpa Shetty), Sharma's son, Ajay (Shah Rukh Khan), vows to avenge him. While secretly dating Madan's daughter, Seema (Siddharth Ray), a disguised Ajay introduces himself to her father and her sister, Priya (Kajol), as businessman Vicky Malhotra, charming them both. After murdering Seema and making it look like a suicide, Ajay prepares to marry into Madan's family to complete his revenge.

Anil A The whole story of the movie is very good. The only thing I didn't like was the murder of Shilpa Shetty by Shahrukh Khan. There should have been some better story instead of this murder.
