Abbie Bernstein Assignment X Betray: Thirst goes for some melodrama, but it is ultimately more thoughtful and effective than many other films in this genre. Rated: B May 12, 2025 Full Review Federico Furzan Movie-Blogger.com Betray: Thirst has the dramatic drive to make you think, and in the indie-verse it's part of, that's enough. May 9, 2025 Full Review Martin Carr martincarr.co.uk Betray: Thirst is populated by stereotypes that do nothing to elevate the material. Too much screen time is wasted laying foundations for a drama that struggles to get going, leaving audiences disappointed as Betray: Thirst fails to fulfil its ambition. May 6, 2025 Full Review Surya Komal Just for Movie Freaks Betray: Thirst succeeds in what it sets out to do. It’s thoughtful, grounded, and emotionally honest—another strong entry in Jaron Lockridge’s anthology. Rated: 3.25/5 May 6, 2025 Full Review Emiliano Basile EscribiendoCine ...the film presents everyday faces immersed in recognizable experiences, opening up a direct identification with any viewer who has experienced similar situations. [Full review in Spanish] Rated: 6/10 May 5, 2025 Full Review Shikhar Verma High on Films Mixing the theme of infidelity with a legal backdrop and an underdeveloped and tame undercurrent of the frustration people feel when their needs are not met, Betray: Thirst is dull and inept, with no idea what exactly it wants to be. Christopher A If you're in search of a suspenseful film steeped in lust, passion, and betrayal, Betray: Thirst delivers. The second installment in the Betray series raises the stakes with unexpected twists that surpass the original. Directors Jaron and Amber Lockridge craft a gripping narrative that keeps viewers on edge, while lead actors Kenon Walker, Jai Johnson, and Bre Hassan deliver standout performances filled with emotional depth and intensity. The supporting cast is equally impressive, bringing authenticity and nuance to every scene. Betray: Thirst is a powerful and emotionally charged film—especially resonant for couples—and a must-watch for adult audiences. Highly recommended. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/18/25 Full Review Pop C It was a good date night movie to watch great actors. The character that played Ebony and her husband was so funny. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/16/25 Full Review Jeffrey H It's gotten to the point that if I see Jaron Lockridge's name attached to a film, I automatically put it on my "must watch" list. Lockridge has a style of writing that is grounded in realism and allows the acting to feel natural and not forced. Walker and Anderson make a great team with perfect chemistry and the acting of Hassan and Johnson is solid and heartfelt. This is a great addition to the Betray anthology. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/16/25 Full Review Everett A Enjoyed the drama, roller coaster ride of emotions and touch a comedy. GREAT WORK!! This film what have you liking every character and appreciating the development of the story and character dynamic. Even having some compassion for the enemy. It's a perfect way of telling a story, while keeping the audience engaged. Not diverting away from the plot. Every character had a role, a purpose and they executed it perfectly. I can watch this film over and over and still receive the same set of emotions, laugh at the same jokes and still find a way to hatefully love the homewrecker of the movie. I will recommend this movie to anyone for a date night! ENJOY. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/10/25 Full Review Renea R This movie was perfect in every way Jaron Lockridge really put in time and thought behind this movie. The scenes were executed with perfection by the actors and actresses involved. There is nothing more they could have done. It was funny, full of suspense, and filled with emotional moments. They all did their big one on this film. If you haven't already I definitely recommend every run over to prime video and watch it's worth your evening. Watch it over and over lol. From the very beginning it leaves you hanging on to what's going to happen next. If you're not yelling at the tv by the end of this movie you are NOT a true movie watcher .BEST INDIE MOVIE OTY HANDS DOWN Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/08/25 Full Review Brink온라인카지노추천 S Betray Thirst does a good job setting the scene. Each piece plays a part into the full story. It begins with intensity and then the plot builds until it’s time to “heat up” & it stays Hot. Jaron Lockridge gets better with each theatrical effort Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 05/08/25 Full Review Read all reviews
