Synopsis
As a black man in South Africa during apartheid, Jobman (Kevin Smith) was born into a life of hardship. That he was also born with disabilities that rendered him deaf and mute has only made matters worse. He is an outsider among outsiders, relegated to only the most menial work. Still, he perseveres, marrying and having a child. But after he becomes the victim of a malicious beating, Jobman snaps and returns to his hometown to wreak a bloody vengeance on the people who first rejected him.
