Anthony R Mediocre plot. Mediocre acting. The two leads are not remotely good at martial arts (although Jeff Wincott has some fairly decent hand techniques). Neither can kick so it’s embarrassing to watch so many fight scenes with so many kicks. Plenty of camera cuts to try and make it look half decent Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 04/19/25 Full Review Audience Member Glasnost is blamed by the Drug Enforcement Agency when former KGB agents start running around the US looking to make scores. Two brothers, one with the DEA, the other a dirty cop are part of the joint effort to bring the Russian mob down. Really think the UFC should consider having a "Russian Circle" match. I might watch. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Audience Member Another Jeff Wincott law enforcement direct-to-video action film that is sure to please his expanding fanbase. Drug Enforcement agent tracks Russian drug runners and must also contend with his LA cop brother gone bad. Plenty of action and fistfights with a tense family dynamic thrown in. Sadly, this was personal favourite Richard Jaeckel's last film. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/24/23 Full Review Audience Member ** (out of four) Jeff Wincott stars in another fairly routine, though not horrible, action/martial arts film about two copy brothers. One bad, one good. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/09/23 Full Review Audience Member Jeff Wincott and Gary Hudson show off their martial arts skills, but the story stinks.
