Matt R Santo and Blue Demon vs. the Monsters sums it up. It's a wild romp of the biggest luchadores versus some monsters brought to life by an evil scientist. Es de esas pocas uniones donde estelarizan los dos mas grandes iconos de la lucha libre mexicana de todos los tiempos pero la singularidad radica en la forma en que es llevada, dandole nuevamente al Santo el yo puedo contra todo y a Blue Demon la víctima. Sin embargo lo pintoresco de esta película es el grupo de monstruos que acompañan a los enmascarados como amenazas ya que es dificil meterse en esa epoca y pensar si en realidad provocaban "algo" de miedo al espectador o de sentido de amenaza, hoy en día esta aventura verdaderamente sin sentido sirve para carcajear un rato y admirarse del talento de los técnicos filmicos mexicanos para sacarse "historias" y pegotes de la manga aprovechandose de la popularidad de los monstruos hollywoodenses y enfrentandolos a nuestros idolos del pancracio.
