Rob Schulbaum's script bypasses the meandering sci-fi trappings of its concept and focuses on the far more interesting dynamic of Todd and Lucy's relationship. If this is wrong, then I honestly don't wanna be right.

It all comes across as "c'mon gang, let's make a movie". Actually the acting is competent and the script is quirky. With a little more money and effort it could have been something strikingly different.
