Biography:
Phil Villarreal has been a film critic since 2001. He wrote for the Arizona Daily Star from 2001 to 2009, where he won several Arizona Press Club awards. He then wrote for OK! Magazine and Coed.com. Then he moved to television and now reviews movies for KWBA and KGUN9.com in Tucson. His reviews are syndicated nationally to Scripps station websites.
