When an in-flight collision incapacitates the pilots of an airplane bound for Los Angeles, stewardess Nancy Pryor (Karen Black) is forced to take over the controls. From the ground, her boyfriend Alan Murdock (Charlton Heston), a retired test pilot, tries to talk her through piloting and landing the 747 aircraft. Worse yet, the anxious passengers -- among which are a noisy nun (Helen Reddy) and a cranky man (Sid Caesar) -- are aggravating the already tense atmosphere.

Oh it is not a good movie. Melodramatic as can be, but as a movie from the 70’s this is about as 70’s as it gets. It plays like a 온라인카지노추천 Movie. It is a fun campy movie not sure that is what they were going for but I had mostly a good time.

All things considered given it is a 50 year old movie, it’s a bit campy and dated. However, it has some of the most amazing footage of an actual 747 in flight. Cinematography is top notch!

I can't believe 1 1/2 stars! Audience score 30 percent! What?? This is classic Hollywood kitch perfection! "They don't make them like they used to" is an UNDERSTATEMENT. This movie is brilliant start to finish. Fun. Silly. The BEST. They can't make movies like this in Hollywood anymore. Worth a watch if you like kitch/midnight maddness like movies.
