This film should be required viewing to pass U.S. History in High School... Most citizens don't even know the Federal Reserve is NOT part of the Federal Govt.

Lengthy but the details MATTER. Want to make America great again (regardless of partisan affiliation)? Watch this. While critique of the film MAKEING (cinemitography, editing, or meandering off the original topic of income tax into broad conspiracy issues has validity the discounting of the data presented and ad hominid attacks undermine the critics reviews revealing a "status quo" bias. Of additional interest: Critics reviews are virtually inversely proportional to audience score What could that indicate?

All the 'top critics' here were either too naive or blind to see the relevance of this film at the time. Most of what Aaron Russo lays out here has come true in some form or another. I watched it back in 2007 and was not surprised at all, although I'm one of those dudes that has always been 'sceptical' of the 'powers that be'. People should watch this, and re watch it if watched previously to really see how what a lot of people dismissed as 'conspiracy theory' has now sadly unfolded before our eyes. The population of the world are even more blind folded now, being almost fully submersed and hypnotised by smart phones and other tech that is rapidly taking over all our lives. Watch and put that phone down more often

Great documentary to help Americans understand that they don't have to pay federal income taxes. The IRS and the Federal Reserve are a scam against America. They need to be abolished and replaced with a simple flat tax system.

Excellent movie, extensive examples make the points in the movie clear and irrefutable. It's hard to imagine what kind of people would take the time to see such a documentary, then come here and blast it. Clearly people who are either threatened by it, whether afraid it's real or afraid of the backlash. A must see film if you care to begin making sense of the insanity of the behavior of our federal government.

This is the documentary that all Americans should watch and wake up to take actions to make the changes happen before it is too late!

Pretty interesting and revealing information about how there's no law that forces Americans to have to pay income tax. Then, of course, the movie breaks down the total fraud of the federal reserve and how we're slaves to central banks.

I saw this awhile ago & finally decided to post a review. Recommended to me by my BFF, this documentary informs you of the origins of the federal income tax and where those taxes actually go. I highly recommend EVERYONE to watch this to inform themselves on what their tax dollars are actually used for.
