Washed-up Sheriff Ben Watts (Bruce Willis) guards the secrets of the wealthy residents of a small Georgia town. When three outlaws take a prominent town doctor hostage in search of a missing woman, Sheriff Watts is called in to handle the situation before the FBI arrives. In a race against time, mayor Charles Routledge (Timothy V. Murphy) pressures Sheriff Watts to launch an assault on the hostage-takers and to eliminate all witnesses. When the Sheriff realizes he may be a pawn in a larger scheme, he must carve a bloody warpath to expose the truth behind the town's dark secrets.

Story goes nowhere, they spent the whole hour building a conspiracy that they forgot to do any action. Why in the world was Bruce Willis in this move to only shoot 1 round. And don't get me started on the guns. Whoever the armor was needs to be fired there was no attention to detail on anything firearm related

Overall, movie lovers by now know what they're getting themselves into with another Bruce Willis movie. To my surprise, Bruce Willis is ever so slightly more motivated on-screen here, delivering a few minor moments that feel more fitting for the actor. However, I still can't deny that the characters deliver many unfitting, cringe-worthy lines and uninteresting dialogue. While the setup contains a fun mystery and concept, the plot is uninteresting. Due to it being extremely dialogue-heavy, I lost track of what was happening and zoned out upon my first viewing.
