I wanted to watch this cause it's set in Canada and looked interesting. It's not the greatest movie but it's weird mixture of architects' lifestyles and romantic entanglements in Quebec and Toronto was entertaining.

Denys Arcand's new film doesn't have any semblance to the director's previous work: it's neither funny nor is it a biting commentary on some part of society. I'm not sure what it is but aside from the beautiful architecture, this feels like a confused student work rather than a new film from a master of Arcand's calibre.
