Harjit K This movie would be an insult to a cockroach’s intelligence. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/03/25 Full Review Mary M Great movie. Had a few friends recommend it to and wanted to check it out myself. I'm usually am the person who reads reviews before I watch a movie so I checked out the rotten tomatoes reviews and saw it was highly rated minus the one or two trolls. Which got me even more excited to watch it. I mean someone apparently someone watched the movie on Christmas and disliked the movie so bad that he made an account to write a review warning people not to waste there life watching the film. Santa definitely didn't go to his house this year. What a miserable person. Hahaha! Sorry I had to comment on the review because it's the epitome of a saddo. Back to my review… After watching the film I had to make an account to just give a solid reasonable review on the film. I have to warn people if they want to be authentically entertained then this is the movie for them. It felt more like watching real people deal with a real serious situation unfolding in front of your eyes. Yes it's deff low budget film but I believe that's what gives its grittiness. If you like the power rangers or marvel movies that are all special effects and men in tights with no real story then this isn't the movie for you. But if you have an hour and a half to check out what it's like to be a modern day Italian mobster in New Jersey and are sick of watching "The Sopranos" then this is the movie for you. A solid respectful 4 out of 5. Is it the best movie ever, no, but it holds it ground and throws a solid punch. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 03/13/24 Full Review Lawrence B Great movie. Was thoroughly entertained throughout. I agree with 100% of the critics and 98% of the audience. Low budget film but it hits hard. Great cinematography. Great music. Interesting story arch. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/12/24 Full Review Denise B Don't know how it got 100% I would give it 10 Rated 1 out of 5 stars 03/02/24 Full Review Eric J I enjoyed this modern day mob flick! For an independent film it was very enjoyable! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/13/23 Full Review Esther V Bless Me Father really impressed me. From the story to the acting to the music. It had me engaged the entire time. This low budget film really played above it's game. A great Italian mob movie and was intense, raw and gritty. I recommend to people that love mafia movies but want a new twist on it. Neorealism with Italian Mafia in New Jersey. It is really extreme and out there. An old concept in a new light of cinema. The music had be involved in the movie. it drew me in. Can't wait to see if they make a sequel. The scriptwriting was brilliant. Very deep and poetic. If you don't enjoy this movie, it means you probably didn't understand it. For the people who are at least half witted and appreciate indie film , you will like this.
