Great comedy! Great acting from Leslie Mann, Ike Barinholtz and John Cena.

The premise had a lot of promise, but aside from a couple laughs this movie was just bad. Really disappointed. A good comedy is hard to come by these days. It's shocking that this movie was reviewed well by the critics. I guess they get a lot of points from the critics on progressiveness, but that doesn't make it a good movie.

Hilarious. Leslie Mann always cracks me up. Ike Barinholtz and her were funny. Leslie Mann is my girl. I love her long crazy joke monologs that are her spiraling. I've adored her since the 90s, she's the one, George of the jungle. Not for everyone...Some crazy, over the top sexual, naughty content. I think it was well executed, the jokes landed for me. John Cena is not a good actor, his scenes were funny enough that I was able to see past it. 2013 John Cena was not a good actor. Prbly not in 2024 either...but Jim Carrey was not more than a comedian for a very long time. Time and acting classes go a long way. (Love u Jim) I read a lot of references to American Pie, omg this is absolutely not that. AP is dirty just to be shocking, don't get me wrong, 23 yr old me laughed a lot, 40 yr old me, eh. For me, some jokes are just too much. Also the treatment of women as sex objects, and relying too heavy on female nudity just to reinforce those ideas. Without that, I would like it more now for sure. Aging has that effect on how you view things. But I liked Blockers a lot even at 40. There are jokes I am still laughing about. I don't understand the hate, but love for movies like Anchor Man, Dumb and Dumber, A.p, Van Wilder, a scary movie series, The Hangover, Knocked up, Superbad, Zack and Miri make a porno,...let's go further back..Ace Ventura etc. Those are all stupid. Yet sometimes funny. This is that.

This movie made me want to scroll on my phone. The jokes are low hanging fruit. Nothing unique. Pointless plotline. You'll get more from Spongebob than this movie can offer.

I love this movie.One of my favorites always makes me laugh no matter what.

Those who are a part of helicopter families, this film is just the one for you! Three parents learn that their daughters are going to lose their virginity on Prom night and fear the worse, spurring an overnight odyssey to stop their daughters in a misguided act of overprotectiveness. A quirky and rauncy comedy that manages to pluck at our heartstrings, especially for those who are just about to grow up!

I need a sequel cause this was amazing

It’s a funny movie but the humor isn’t for everyone. Since it’s for me, I found myself laughing hard at some things even if some of the jokes fell flat for me. Still, as a fickle John Cena fanboy, I can’t help but enjoy this movie.

Comedies can't coast on their concepts especially when most of the jokes don't land.

It made me really upset

I see some of the reviews here and have to wonder, how far has the comedy genre fallen, when people actually think this was a good comedy. Imagine American Pie without the funny and horrible acting. Don't waste your time, ditch John Cena (he should go back to the WWE cause he can't act) give that time to Mark Wahlberg and watch Family Plan instead.
