A former boxer loses his job as an auto mechanic, and his troubled marriage is about to expire. At this crossroads in his life, he feels that he has no better option than to work as a drug courier. He soon finds himself in a gunfight between police officers and his own ruthless allies. When the smoke clears, Bradley is badly hurt and thrown in prison, where his enemies force him to commit acts of violence that turn the place into a savage battleground.

Love this "head-banger" of a movie. If you know, you know. Great acting from pretty much everyone and with a heck of a plot. Slow-burns are the best. The direction and the acting really help put you IN the movie yourself! Such talent to pull that off, like John Carpenter! A+

I’ve relied on RT for many years to advise me on the quality of movies. For the most part, it’s been reliable. I have never written a review, but after wasting 2 hours of my time on this garbage of a movie, I felt compelled. Horrible acting, horrible stunt work and fight scenes, and just a total waste of time. One of the worst movies I’ve ever seen. RT gave this movie a 90? Someone got paid off.

This movie is unrealistic. Prison is not like they portrayed it at all. Federal inmates wear brown khaki uniforms. Not blue. That cell he was in was a SHU cell and you never get a single man cell. Makes it hard to take any of it seriously. Vince Vaughn is good but not a good movie as critics would suggest. If I hadn’t been to prison I may have enjoyed it more. Idk

I thought this movie was a must-see, it painted Vince Vaughn in a different light compared to other movies he acts in. Definitely more bad ass than normal, however, the only thing that really had me questioning the budget for the film was at the very end when they used a mannequin in his place. The fight scenes, blood and story line were all good
