This film definitely won't be for everyone. Erotic yet dirty, complex yet simple. Amazing performances from both leads. Full of sex and rage what's not to like?! Brilliant

Well done! The short film was fantastic and this takes it to the next level.

"Femme" does not take much time to get to the point. This movie is intense, sometimes hard to watch, but ultimately effective. The two main performances are layered and complex and the movie has a lot to say which can be fascinating to unpack afterwards. I think the movie has some moments that I felt were a bit outlandish, but for the most part, a lot of it felt strangely realistic, which I think adds to the points the film is trying to make. Overall, it is a movie that kept me on the edge of my seat, and it played out in surprising ways more than once and offered lots of food for thought.

Not my genre but i think for those in the LBGTQ+ community impacted by hate crimes and violence and dealing with the pain that CIS and closeted CIS have inflicted on their community, this is a long awaited expose. Over all a decent cast with an emotional plot.

This movie was insanely intense. I could not get a hold of my emotions the entire film. It was dark. It was thrilling. It was maddening. I wanted so badly for revenge but wanted so badly for love. This movie is as real as real life can get. The film itself is so original I have nothing to compare it to, which is a first for me. The acting was award worthy. I was tense. I was angry. My blood ran hot. This psychologically toyed with me. I absolutely loved it. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. The writers did beautiful work. Executed precisely.

This isn't the revenge thriller you're expecting. What makes it effective isn't the tension, its the sneaking feeling that maybe even people who do bad things have the same deep wellspring of emotions and complexities as we do.

George MacKay and Nathan Stewart-Jarrett have a fantastic on-screen chemistry, while both putting forth award-worthy performances, in a film that in mostly boilerplate. It's a British Thriller which often is an oxymoron, but not with this collaboration from Sam H. Freeman and Ng Choon Ping, who both wrote and directed. There is some fascinating role playing and some serious psychology. I was consistently on the edge of my seat watching two people who I believed. A really interesting flick! Final Score: 8/10

Total garbage. Ignore all positive audience reviews ( I wish I had). This is one of those plotless movies where nothing happens except a lot of anal sodomy. Just imagine a revenge thriller that has no revenge and isn't thrilling. You have been warned!!!

Ultimately thought it was quite good. Glad it turned out to be more complicated than a simple revenge movie. Gave it 4 instead of 5 stars only because some of the reversals seemed a little quick/unbelievable to me. But overall found it very intriguing, nuanced, and heart-twisting.

I’m giving it 4 stars but a couple things. They could have added time. I rarely say this but they went to quickly into the meat of the story. Should have developed the characters a little bit more first. Not a lot. Just a little and then should have added about 10 min of who what when where and how

I had no plans to see this movie but I'm so happy I did. The tension and story are phenomenal. The characters are phenomenal. My only issue was the ending as it seemed unbelievable but I won't spoil it for you. That's why I didn't give it five stars.
