david f A fascinating documentary about a high school football season in Massillon Ohio, where they worship the sport and the players. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member I have been on a Friday Night Lights kick lately, and as with FNL, I enjoyed this tremendously except for when they were actually playing football. It's good to know (for the show, not the world) that FNL is a pretty realistic show about high school football. Apparently, the world of high school football is even more moronic in real life, and it doesn't evolve after hight school, either. Trust me- I live in Ohio. One more thing- how about all that praying? There is a lot of praying in football. It is really, really pathetically sad, and I love it. It makes me laugh... really, really hard.
