This movie is insane...i love it
This was without a shadow of a doubt, the worst movie I've ever watched
A love letter to the campy 80s movies. Set your expectations appropriately.
I have to give it 5 stars. It’s of course not for everyone, it’s a gore fest, ridiculous villains with ice skates in summer time and other absurd things. But what seems adolescent at first does have layers. Very memorable, DARK yet brightly LIT. Awesome color grading, anyone who’s seen this movie even if they didn’t like it won’t forget some of the epic scenes. Story line isn’t why we come to this type of movie but it actually carries a lot of weight. Awesome characters/acting. Rip Rutger I eventually got the dvd and loved the making of, was somehow heartwarming. The main character has a line about bears and it was from the real hobo they shot the demo with. My fam loved the line, no spoilers but it starts with NEVER (_ _ _ ) (_) (_ _ _ _). Enjoy!
Rutger Hauer does a great job of cleaning up a dystopian town overrun with sadistic criminals. Not for the squeamish!
Saw this in theatres when it first came out and I don't think I've laughed that hard since.
I don’t often rate a film 5 stars, but this lil gold… no, platinum nugget is about as close as it gets! It’s like Mad Max meets Street Trash. Completely zany, campy, schlocky… just a delightful collaboration of all that makes horror/gore what we fans hold so near and dear to our hearts 🥰
This Movie is a Masterpiece. I'm enjoying watching Hobo with a Shotgun. It has the late 70's, Early 80's grindhouse. I really liked and read The Punisher Max comic. I really like the Awesome Scenes. I really mindful. It's really the "Graphically Violent" Guts and Gore.

Easily one of the top 10 Canadian films of all time in the razor blade bat murder genre.
A criminally underrated film that harkens back to classic exploitation movies with a gleefully modern twist. This film will not disappoint- though it's not for the faint of heart or woke.

It does what it sets out to do, make a homage to low-budget exploitation flicks and the over the top violence and gore suit it perfectly. It's completely over the top, sick and twisted, and just plain fun! So long as you go in with the right attitude and knowing what to expect, you will enjoy it. Recommended, if you know what to expect and appreciate the genre for what it delivers. Don't expect anything overly smart or original but more a fun visceral experience that is surface level but fun in a "so bad it's good" type of way!
Starring an excellent Rutger Hauer and a great Molly Dunsworth, this is a startling delight: an exploitation film to die for - not only is it exciting throughout, but the gore and violence get stunningly shocking in a way few films can - and yet at heart, despite its hyperboles, a socially aware movie about outsiders, complemented with beautifully retro visuals, occasional jolts of humour, a few awesomely unexpected oddball moments and a potent dose of poignancy. Nothing short of a blast.
Violent fun, which was expected. Those who actually take the time to review exploitation films are unimaginative & joyless.

A gratuitous and wretched piece of appallingly acted oversaturated exploitation junk that is truly painful to sit through.
Bit dry and gory yet alot worst then Evil dead films and army of darkness as well tank girl. Me would not wanna watch this movie much , would prefer Bram Strokers dracula more , the haunting , rose red , ghost ship ,virus , event horizon , and waxwork.
