Leslie Felperin Guardian This Scottish horror feature at least has wit and few fun ideas. Rated: 3/5 Aug 21, 2024 Full Review Michael Talbot-Haynes Film Threat Hostile Dimensions, a mixed bag though it may be, pleasantly surprises. Rated: 5.5/10 Jan 31, 2025 Full Review Megan Williams Battle Royale With Cheese ‘Hostile Dimensions’ is yet another enjoyable delight from director Graham Hughes. The small cast are fantastic and comfortably carry the film on their shoulders. Sep 24, 2024 Full Review Holly Hazelwood Spectrum Culture A no-budget multiverse tale, Hostile Dimensions lacks conviction and polish. Aug 27, 2024 Full Review Tim Brennan About Boulder Smart lighting and camera angles transform a suburban play area to something forbidding. Six dozen free-standing doors on a shoreline creates real anticipation. Aug 26, 2024 Full Review Morris Yang In Review Online Hostile Dimensions veers closer to pop culture, flaunting its urban legend influences in a storyline of common horror and cosmic action. It’s not half-bad, even if parts of it are undercooked. Aug 26, 2024 Full Review Read all reviews

Javed A Made on a micro budget the film could have done with a big budget Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/12/25 Full Review W K I can’t get over these good reviews. This is something schlepped together in college film school. Really drawn out way too long. Only relief—- occasionally comical. Not worth your 80 minutes. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/20/25 Full Review Jack S A micro-budget time waster that I was duped into checking out because of the curiously positive Tomatometer reviews. The amateurish cast appears to be having some fun here, but the result is more like a film class project rather than a professionally made film. Skip it.Then, first check out IMDb before trusting RT’s algorithm again in the future! Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 03/12/25 Full Review Don S Liked it, not really horror, sci-fi phantasy. creative, well done, acting was fresh. Enjoyable, take it as it comes. No it's not high budget & over produced. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 03/09/25 Full Review Chibi C I have watched tons of horror and this my folks did not make the cut. The flat acting and the want to be more was so hard to take. This is going in my top ten worse views pass the popcorn and move on from this train wreck of trying to be smart but failing in every aspect. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 03/06/25 Full Review steve j Hostile Dimensions started out working its way into a unique gripping idea about accessible thrilling but dangerous doors that led to other dimensions that slowly began to fizzle into an odd feeling like I was watching a Dr Who rerun or something like it. That unique gripping idea was deflated by talking dogs and spike shooting bears and whales swimming in the sky and all this because you could think yourself wherever you wanted to be and enter the magic door. Then there was the boyfriend or something who was going to change the world by destroying it but first he had to take care of his friends or something like it. I keep adding "or something like it" because the plot wasn't all that clear. I can't help suspecting reading the semi-gushing reviews that these folks are being nice for whatever reasons. Anyway, there's a search to nab the boyfriend from taking out the world by the "gang" by a door to door hopping chase and he is finally struck down in the end by "god" or something like it and one of the girlfriends leaves then to go door hopping on her own to other dimensions or something like it. The acting then and in other parts where real feelings seem to be lacking is too much to bear at times. I feel like asking for a refund. So, like I said - its Dr Who stuff. They just left out the Tardis Telephone Booth. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 12/27/24 Full Review Read all reviews
