Hotel Transylvania 2 Reviews
Best film in this series.
I turned off the adult in me and enjoyed this fun cartoon, though it was repetitious after the first one. Strange how Top Critics like it better but the audience likes it less than the first one.
A pretty charming sequel that makes up for its thinner plot with better snappier jokes and some fun new dynamics with the potentially fangless ginger grandchild. The celebrity cameos were fun, though I wish Mel Brooks’ vampire and bat-minions weren’t so rushed since they only appear for the last 10 minutes. Mavis kind of gets relegated to being the worried no-fun mom, but luckily this partially avoided when she gets to have some fun exploring California to bring out her inner tourist mania. Nick Offerman and Megan Mullaly also kill it as the Californian in-laws. It’s a pretty well-rounded sequel with a much more consistent level of quality compared to the first one.
The best movie in this franchise, but barely
Rating: 7/10. 71/100
Pretty funny movie for adults too surprisingly enough
I kinda found this movie mid asf
Para mi la pelicual es decente pero nada especial.
"Hotel Transylvania 2" is a delightful follow-up in a franchise I absolutely love. The voice cast, led by Adam Sandler, delivers once again with charm and humor, making every character memorable. The animation is vibrant, bringing the spooky yet fun atmosphere of the hotel to life perfectly. The jokes land well, catering to both kids and adults, ensuring that the movie is highly entertaining for all ages. The story is fun and filled with heartwarming moments, and I enjoyed it even more than the first film. The exploration of Dracula's family dynamics is touching, and the blend of humor and supernatural elements works wonderfully. However, I wasn't as impressed by the third act, which felt a bit rushed and predictable compared to the rest of the movie. Still, "Hotel Transylvania 2" is a fun, energetic sequel that I thoroughly enjoyed from start to (almost) finish.
Better than the first one I like it
Following the first movie the second was an okay watch more of a kids movie then family.
Best one of the franchise
not as good as his first movie and a little bit forgettable in spots
Hotel Transylvania 2 expands the world and characters, telling a fun new story with a relevant moral.
The ending ruins everything that was perfectly built throughout the movie + felt rushed and just spoiled the whole movie for me.
A surprisingly good sequel movie. Although after this point, the franchise begins to run out of energy.
This movie is actually hilarious.
