Synopsis
A young boy, Joey Slade (Sammy Ogg), kills a man who is harming another kid. With his father, Alf (Nelson Leigh), Joey flees the territory to start a new life. But after his father is killed in a stickup, the troubled teen grows into a cruel, alcoholic degenerate (Mark Stevens) who always seems to attract violence. Although on the side of the law, he becomes a sheriff of a small town and consistently abuses his authority to the point where the townspeople can no longer ignore it.
