Jackass Presents: Bad Grandpa Reviews
Rewatched it after forgetting about it and I believe I was to young to understand but now ts is soooo funny I was dying of laughter
How can this movie get 60% of tomatoes?! This movie is the most hilarious thing I watched!!
Not a big fan of the JackAss films, but I feel this movie did a COMPLETELY BRILLIANT job of integrating the pranks into a storyline. And Jackson Nicoll is completely brilliant for pulling off those hilarious scenes without dropping character. So when a comedy is made, the point is not to produce a film of meaning. The point is to maximize the humor for hearty belly laughing. And Bad Grandpa did an ingenious job of it. This film makes my very short list of greatest pure comedies of the 21st century.
Jackass comes to the rescue with an original storyline film. I remember seeing this for the first time in theaters and was captivated by the genuine commodore brought on by this endearing story. Bad Grandpa reminds audiences that a simple story can be the best kind of story.
Almost too much for me to even watch. Unbelievably funny!
LOL, the funniest 01 hour: and 32 minutes ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ages 17 and older for Theatrical release and 18 and older for Extended Cut not seen in theaters!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Freaky hilarious to see real people's reactions to something they think is real. It's just crazy how do they make this without anyone knowing.
You'll watch it just to killl time.
I loved this movie when I watched it years ago.
Pretty funny and raunchy
I laughed non stop during this and definitely didn't remember Bad Grandpa being so funny. I love raunchy humor and Jackass, so this kind of thing is usually going to be well received by me. 7.5/10
Best hidden camera film ever made
Funny, vulgar, innapproiate. What else to expect from the world of grown men being ...Jackasses. Just your standard shock value film that is catered to teenage boys.
The best hidden camera prank film since Borat! The characters are ridiculous and the reactions they get from people are even better. Of course the plot is stupid, what do people expect?
Bad Grandpa is basically a string of Jackass hidden camera stunts strung together by a threadbare plot about grandfather Irving Zisman (Johnny Knoxville) taking his grandson Billy (Jackson Nicoll) on a road trip from Nebraska to North Carolina to reunite the boy with his father. This is low brow humor at its worst (or best, depending on your perspective), but that doesn't mean that it isn't funny. Just when you think things have sunken to a new low (or a new high, again depending on your perspective), another hysterically funny horror is presented. If you love Jackass, you'll love this. If you hate Jackass, don't even think about watching.
Personally, I don't find gramps getting his wang coin-slotted redeeming enough to say that this batch of home-film on steroids didn't suck
