Neal M Very slow, unfunny start. Scenery tried in vain to boost the esthetic of it. Found the characters loud, boring and obnoxious. Lost me after 15 minutes. And don't get me started on the live music. A three piece band on screen are backed by audio featuring many instruments which they haven't even got. Including a tambourine and a harmonica. Awful, awful drivel. The only believable acting in the whole thing is watching Claire Grogan look miserable as someone else is given a singing part. Someone who clearly can't sing and has been heavily overdubbed. Dreadful. My 14 year old son thought it was bad enough to be funny. I just loathed it.
