A Low Down Dirty Shame Reviews
This movie is funny, not a bad story line, and the action is "Hollywood-phony" yet entertaining as hell. I love it!
Filme fraco, o roteiro é fraco, as cenas bacaninhas, mais fracas do que boas, keenen ivory wayans é muito fraco como protagonista, o elenco é mais ou menos mas ninguém melhora o filme.
One of the funniest movies I love it a comfort movie for sure!!!
The plot is pretty basic but the movie has so many laugh out loud moments! The supporting roles steal the show especially Jada Pinkett Smith!
It lives down to its name. the actors director and evryone connected to this trash should hang tgeir heads in shame.
For anyone that likes a 90s R&B throwback, this film is worth a play.
So lame, so not funny, so poorly acted.
Classic!!!! The plot was great and the acting was on point
Saw the audience rating and gave it a try. I shouldn't have...
A mixed bag but is at least really funny half the time.
Great title, lousy movie. The rampant homophobia has not aged well.
It's generic but fun and refreshing for the Wayans to be doing a more serious type comedy
I've learned that there is an inverse correlation between critic reviews and the actual quality and enjoyment factor of a movie. A sad state of affairs if you ask me. It was funny, filled with action and shooting, and sexy. What more do you want? Anyway, this is one awesome, and utterly quotable movie. In my twenties, I watched this movie repeatedly. The consistent enjoyment factor gave me a sense of comfort. Anyhoo, F$&@ critics. The 0% rating is proof positive that they're clearly way too self important. Watch. Laugh. Enjoy.
Decent film. Humor maintained throughout, and Pinkett and Wayans play off each other well with their May-December alluded romance. I enjoyed the cast, from Charles S. Dutton, down to Corwin Hawkins (a talent way lost way too soon R.I.P.). This movie is always to fun to watch!
To me, it's not an action comedy, it's just a comedy. And in that sense, it was a success. In the end, maybe it comes down to personal preference. Different things make different people laugh.
