Despite this movie having a great cast, a beauty setting, and some good music, it’s like eating a chocolate sundae with a cup of sugar on top. It’s so maudlin and corny…. Which could have worked out if handled a bit better…. It felt like the last 30 minutes was one long corny montage, like something you might see singing karaoke….if you’ve ever seen the generic videos they often play with the music. Because there is so little character development you don’t really understand why it concludes the way it does, and it seems rather arbitrary. This movie was obviously a vehicle for the music, and everything else is just a bit of an afterthought. Some of the singing sequences get boring…. Because they are too long and nothing much else is going on. In short, I could have skipped this movie, and wouldn’t have missed much.

Esta pelicula se me hace muy extraña y rara, pero también es entretenida y esta buena para pasar el rato. Una de las cosas que mas me gusta de esta peli es que es en mi opinión un muy buen tributo al grupo musical llamado ''ABBA'' incluso mis escenas favoritas son donde cantan mis dos canciones favoritas de ABBA. Algo que no me gusta mucho de esta peli es que las canciones salen de forma muy aleatoria y eso provoca que en algunos momentos la pelicula me parezca lenta, además los problemas se resuelven de forma rara, rápida e incluso me atrevo a decir que lo resuelven de forma tonta. En conclusión, Mamma Mia es una pelicula rara y en algunos momentos la peli es algo alargada, pero también tiene buenos temas, grandes actuaciones y es entretenida y divertida para pasar el rato si estas aburrido o para pasar un rato con tu familia y si te gusta ABBA esta pelicula es para ti. Calificación: 6.5/10
