Great Movie Martin Lawrence Funny was always wish we go a sequel 💯

Not funny in the slightest.

Martin Lawrence at his best. Which means it is a very bad, unfunny movie. A plague is better. He can't act. Only scream. He isn't now and never was funny. Only annoying.

It's a solid campy police action film. The previous reviews I don't agree with here. Ya gotta see the movie at least once. Don't expect a great movie or a masterpiece, but seriously if you are okay with a standard cop film with a little bit of societal commentary [which I sense is a little bit of people's motivation to negative reviews] I think it pissed a lot of people off which is exactly what it's designed to do. Don't fault a movie for doing exactly what it set out to do. If you don't like those kinds of movies don't watch them by all means. But the movie's fun it's worth a watch if you're not overly sensitive. It's a lot of fun if you don't take it too seriously.

Critics are sensitive and usually cannot fathom offensive humor being funny. Cry about it and get offended.

Lots of action, lots of fun, great acting, uplifting! It was made when a comedy was allowed to be a comedy! Very enjoyable!

You know what that is hillarious comedy I ever seen, I have been seen couple of time never be bored of it because being dump comedy but funny. Not just racial issue but there is corrupt detective were involved that is why it won't notice ending scene.

In meiner Sicht war es ein sehr unterhaltsame Film von Feind zu Freund manche Aktionen im film waren fragwürdig aber ich fand ihn gut und lustig ein wenig hatte ich das Gefühl das es genau so gut ein Reebot von der guten Film Serie Rush hour war ,die Story war ganz ok... aber dennoch fand ich ein paar Effekte nicht so gut,klar das ist vom Jahr 2003 aber auch in dem Jahr gab es bessere Effekte dennoch haben sie mich nicht gestört ich habe den film jetzt nicht sehr genossen aber er war super unterhaltsam wenn man langweile hat kann man sich gern den film reinziehen

It's ok. Lawrence is entertaining to watch and half decent but Zahn is hit or miss. When he goes over the top with being angry it doesn't really work as well and that's a lot of the film. When he's chill the two have chemistry. The supporting cast is ok. The cinematography is not bad, the action scenes are cool sometimes but other times the action is over the top and their isn't a lot of visual gags. A lot of the jokes are verbal and quite a bit are clever. The music isn't that good with a dated 2000's rap/action soundtrack that doesn't work that well. The editing is ok, the first half is definitely stronger and funnier as the second half devolves into a Lethal Weapon style action movie and really stops trying to be funny and is about action but it isn't as good as the first half and feels like a separate film because of the lack of humor at times. The pacing isn't bad as this is VERY short but its a bit too short I feel, this could've used another 15 minutes of more humor or adding more to the plot perhaps. Overall there isn't really anything terribly broken with this but it doesn't do much good either. This had potential but just executed in a mediocre manner. If you like Lawrence than give this a watch, otherwise skip it.
