It’s basically a zombie movie set-up on an industrial spaceship, a fast-moving B-movie that throws out lots of theories that don’t stand up to the light of reason and then moves on to the next chase and feeding frenzy by the mutant hordes.

I have no idea how this got such a low rating - the negative things many of these "critics" have to say about it make zero sense. One of these charlatans even gave it a bad rating for not being "poetic" LOL. It's easily one of the most convincing sci-fi horrors to ever release. This feels like someone was really trying to hurt the Director, the Producers, the studio who funded the film, or maybe some of the actors? There's something weird going on with the critics reviews that's for certain - probably that they don't like the idea of evolution and are hyper Christian. They give terrible, shallow, lazily slopped together, boring horror films super high ratings but then masterpieces like this they trash with insane rationale. The closest thing I can think of to this film, is The Descent.. only this is better, and I am a huge fan of The Descent.
