Brian Orndorf Blu-ray.com While there’s a great mystery concerning who these movies are for, the reality is blunt: we now have two Popeye slasher films in circulation, and they both stink. Rated: D Mar 27, 2025 Full Review Norman Gidney HorrorBuzz It’s hokey, it’s goofy, but darn-it, he is what he is. Rated: 6/10 Mar 21, 2025 Full Review Read all reviews

Robert p I love it soooo much Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/23/25 Full Review Matthew B Absolutely class. Love this movie and even though this isn't a member of the Poohniverse movies I can't wait for Bambi The Reckoning, Awakening Sleeping Beauty and Pinocchio unstrung. HE IS WHAT HE IS Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/22/25 Full Review Nicholas H He is what he is and the movie is what it is, and it knows it. I appreciate a dumb slasher that doesn’t try to be what it’s not. Unfortunately it doesn’t have much to set it apart from all the other dumb slashers. A good kill or two, but an utterly predictable storyline and characters that you don’t really have much reason to care about, with two big exceptions.  Rated 2 out of 5 stars 04/18/25 Full Review Audience Member Hilarious and hip. Love the back story and plot twist. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 04/18/25 Full Review Jeepers C You knew what expect when going into a horror movie named Popeye the Slayer Man. This movie starts centers around a group of college students doing a class project about this spinach factory that's supposed to be protected by a slaying sailorman. They break in there at night and that's where the body count starts to add up. He doesn't like visitors. From his big arms to the rubber Popeye mask and the gore kills this movie is just what you expected. It's a throwback to the campy horror movies from the 80's. If you like these things, then you should enjoy this low budget horror movie. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 04/13/25 Full Review Audience Member I have low expectations of everything, so I watched this. Insightful, creepy slow at times however overall. Quite good Rated 4 out of 5 stars 04/08/25 Full Review Read all reviews
