Vicky is a lonely woman well respected in her career & community who cares for her ex husband who suffers health issues, but needs something more than her job to keep occupied. Casey flirts with her from the beginning & though at first she remains professional & unimpressed, she eventually falls for his banter & romantic attempts at gaining her interest/attention. I do agree with many others who have praised Nicholle Tom as an actress, though this role just wasn't right for her...I do credit the Southern accent though. I wish we could have seen more about Vicky's history & less about the extra nonsense (tanning obsession, Noonie, US Marshal flirting, etc...)
