Railway Children Reviews
an other view of what happened in Britain and the children experiencing during the war a lovely view of the country side.
Kept you on the end of your seat to see if they got through
A World War II story that I've never heard about. It was very well done
Good wholesome entertainment. Exciting, suspenseful, and inspirational.
Enjoyed the movie. Great acting. I liked not recognizing anyone, and the differences of Manchester vs country life being pointed out. Sad reality of racism in US army, ending hokey, but ending still made you feel better. Loved the accents of the Brits, but New Yorker didnt have a NY accent. (Perhaps from northern NY?)
Exceptional movie with real intent and messages given
It was a whole some movie. While it wasn't a true story, it easily could have been. I liked the story. I, also, liked the scenery. The music was really good too!
It was beautifully told story with a true meaning of resilience, courage, strength, and making your own family when hard times are around.
The story was eye opening about the history of the US military police in England on the lookout for deserters, like Abraham who was African-American. He was 14 years old and the MP treated him unfairly. The movie was wonderful and had a lot of truth to it.
Interesting story (but a bit hard to understand). Excellent acting!
Great movie for older kids to see with historical fiction content. Really good for kids of this culture to get a reality check!!!
