Great movie, Great American!!

The parody quality impressions were awful, but at least it played close to history.

I could not wait to see this movie since being a teenager in a college student during the Reagan era was truly the most glorious time in American history of my lifetime. Dennis Quaid did such a great job that I kept forgetting. It wasn’t really Reagan in the movie, and I felt the same about Penelope and Miller. I thought I knew everything about Ronald Reagan that there was to know, but I still learned a few things from the movie. I felt everything was portrayed very accurately and I only didn’t give it five stars because I felt like it just could’ve been bigger and more over the top.

One the great Presidents in American history! Ronald Reagan got me into politics back in the 80's and I am still a staunch supporter of the Republican values. I noticed how the bad reviews are mostly coming from the leftist movie critics who simply did not like Reagan's politics and are staunch socialists/communists. The good reviews are by the American people who fully understand Reagan and the movie. Kind of like what just happened in the 2024 election. Pundits and critics are so out of touch with reality. By the way Reagan won 49 out of 50 states in 1984, but according to the critics he was a failure and un-liked! The critics can shove it!

Very good movie, great representation of our country should be and what it used to be like. If everyone watched it, we’d be united.

This movie made me laugh and cry and remember a wonderful time in our country's history. This was a story that needed to be told..the life of a very special man from humble roots who was laser focused on his goals and never waivered or gave up. He went from a Hollywood "has been" to a state governor to leader of the free world! Please make more inspiring movies like this!

We absolutely loved the historical deep dive of President Reagan! He was a truly impressive person and President. It made us wish we had a candidate of his character and abilities!
