Return to Never Land Reviews

Give it another few decades and the 1953 film will still be around entertaining children. It seems likely no one will remember the 2002 sequel at all.

| Original Score: 5/10 | Oct 5, 2021

Measures up to its predecessor in almost every way, marking this as one of the best of the Disney sequels.

| Original Score: 8/10 | Nov 9, 2020

Everything about the film is dated, from plotting to animation.

| Original Score: 2/5 | Apr 16, 2019

Maybe this was a film that didn't need to be made, but parents with small children will be glad that Disney did, because it's a kinder, gentler trip to Never Land than the original, and a much safer bet for young children.

[Blu-ray Review] "Return to Never Land" is (1) a terrific motion picture, and (2) absolutely gorgeous to watch and listen to. The Blu-ray release of "Return to Never Land" is a no-brainer for Disney fans and comes highly recommended.

| Original Score: 3/4 | Aug 26, 2013

Has an unappealing main character drifting through a dramatically inert script.

Pleasant but forgettable sequel to Disney classic.

| Original Score: 2/5 | Dec 28, 2010

Suficientemente divertido e com toques certos de drama para no manchar a memria do original.

It's not groundbreaking, but kids who enjoyed the original Peter Pan should welcome a trip back to Neverland

There is no doubt the movie is lovely to look at; it just hasn't much substance to it or much new to say.

The first fifteen minutes are so unremittingly dreary that it plays like Disney for depressive kids. Pass the kiddies' Prozac, I say . . .

Running at a brisk 72 minutes, it's near impossible to become bored with the film...

Buzz, Shrek, Sully and Mike can sleep easy.

| Original Score: 3/5 | Apr 8, 2003

This film looks like it was produced in 1954, shelved for 48 years, and repackaged for a 2002 audience.
