Come on. This is an ‘80’s Ninja movie. And of all the’80’s Ninja movies, this one is the best. Sho Kosugi is very believable in his portrayal of a Ninja 🥷🏻, and is in fact a practitioner of Ninjitsu. If you’re expecting an Academy Award nominee, you’re probably going to be disappointed. But if you go into this knowing what it is, you’re going to love it. I guarantee it.

What an incredibly nonsensical fun ass Ninja movie only Cannon Film Group could make. The kid fights were the best, Kane Kosugi was a star at 6 years old. Also the best photographed Salt Lake City I've ever seen on film (it's the only film I've seen filmed there).

It's nice to see Kusagi get the spotlight. There's some great fight scenes and a cutthroat opening, but it's a largely forgettable action flick..

In the opening scene, a child gets an arrow through the head by the evil ninja clan! The whole family is wiped out except for Sho Kosugi flees to America with his infant son. Years later, the evil ninjas track him down setting up the climatic battle of ninja vs ninja on the roof of a high rise building. 80s badass ninja action.
