sharp and hilarious movie

I thought the film did an excellent job of creating within me a sense of going nuts growing up in that family So many mixed messages. Total lack of boundaries. So much about appearance! It was not a comfortable film to experience. It was an easy film for someone to walk out of an dismiss - as "I hated that." I think that's the point of the film

It's exactly what my expectations would be.

The movie was trying too hard to tackle gender, sexuality, family dysfunction, marital infidelity, in a freeflowing farce however it was not funny, trite, exhaustingly slow moving and no characters had any redeeming qualities. I wasted one hour and seventeen minutes of my day. I was hoping for a funny, clever and insightful film instead it was a boring mess filled with too much schtick.
