Minha opinião: Assisti este filme pela 3ª vez, significa que gosto do filme. Onde a protagonista são mulheres, e mulheres empoderadas. Um filme mesmo sendo 2002, isto é a 20 anos atrás, não significa que esta desatualizada pelo contrario, como foi bem feito, tanto o roteiro como as cenas de lutas. Prinipalmente a #luta final, além de muitos #tiros e #acrobacia E boas atuações de Shu, Zhao, Karen. Além do japonês Kurata. O filme são duas irmãs que são assassinas profissionais. Até que os contrates querem elimina-las, começa uma caça, vingaça, lutas e tiros. E com a ajuda de uma policial que precisa provar sua inocência lutam contra os mafiosos. Roteiro: Um roteiro bem elaborado. Vale apena assistir? Sim, mesmo sendo um filme de 2002. Nota: 8

So Close is stylistic and fun, but it is also cheesy and hasn't aged well. Watch it after The Dark Knight and see how many elements Christopher Nolan stole.

Good action and good story line. Older movies seem to do better in getting the moviegoer engaged w/o totally wowing us with the special effects. It was tough to see the Lin, older sister, killed. I watched the movie over 10 years ago and still enjoy revisiting.

Sorti en 2002, So Close ressemble énormément à une réponse HK à Charlie's Angels dirigée par Corey Yuen. On y retrouve Shu Qi, Zhao Wei et Karen Mok, toutes trois parfaites, dans une histoire bateau de tueuses à gages poursuivies par des evil bad guys et sauvées par la flic qui enquêtait sur elles. Ce postulat de départ est sublimé par une maîtrise technique absolument remarquable de Corey Yuen, qui est aussi bien à l'aise lors de combats à mains nues qu'avec des sabres ou des gun fights. So Close est très souvent drôle, visuellement osé (certains CGI n'ont pas passé les années), constamment divertissant et doté d'une bonne dose de second degré bienvenu. C'est peut-être un poil long mais on pardonne pour les 30 dernières minutes.

'Charlie's Angels' plus 'Dead or Alive' plus 'Naked Weapon' equals 'So Close'.. =D

How this film got an 81% from critics baffles me. Yes, the fight scenes were stylish and well filmed, but the plot was ridiculous and the acting childish. When I compare this film with the other one I saw today, Finder's Fee, which had a first rate script and plot with a great cast who could and did really act, but only got a 60%, I just don't understand what criterion critics use to make their scoring. Since when do plot, script and acting rate so low in the movie business?

A fine techno thriller from Hong Kong. An all female lead cast about assassins and cops in the struggle of identity crisis. The action sequences were great, it is great to see lead females from all different countries working together. A little cheesy with the plot was still quite fun to watch.

This movie was ready to end 3 or 4 times before it did. In fact, I'm still watching it and there's 30 minutes to go. I spent most of the movie trying to get aroused by the female main characters while accepting that I'd much rather just be watching lesbian pornography.

Definitely worth a watch. They did a decent job mixing drama and action with a little bit of comedy. I watched it dubbed and it wasn't bad. The best part of he movie was the action. It was well choreographed and the wire-work was pretty good. The problem with the movie was that certain parts didn't transition well and things weren't well developed. Like the girl's relationship with the dude and the conflict between the sisters. Overall it didn't take away too much from the movie.
