Long (Hiệp Trần Nghĩa), a Vietnamese driver in Southern California answers a late-night call for a ride. Already in his pajamas, he reluctantly accepts, picking up a man, Tây (Dustin Nguyen), and his two companions. But the men, recently escaped convicts from an Orange County jail, take Long hostage at gunpoint, thrusting him into their getaway plan. I enjoy glimpses into other cultures, and this movie had an interesting story about an elderly Vietnamese man who provides unlicensed taxi service in his personal car. He is contacted for a ride by a trio of men who turn out to be escapees from prison, and the movie explores their various personalities and the evolving relationship between the "kidnapped" driver and one of the escapees. Be prepared for subtitles, but an interesting and moving story line

very slow slow moving movie.. There is a payoff, but its subtle and makes the viewer have to sit thru too much footage to get to it.. Can not recommend. sorry folks.. This will be on netflix in the very near furture and still wont garner any attention.
