The Bad Guys Reviews
Pretty fun movie 😀😁
See soooooo the bad guys is good
I can see why a lot of people like this movie. Though I wasn’t a fan of the main villain dream works cooked here and they haven’t failed to impress me with this great little adaptation. You get what you want: Great characters, impressive visuals, awesome story, and tons of humor. I definitely thinks it worth watching! Great Movie!
I love the movie, glad a second movie is coming out. But let’s cut to the chase. The movie’s style is just so good, the cartoony looks and the effort into the details is amazing. Of course, we can’t forget about the humor. Probably the best line was the butt joke. There’s nothing wrong with the humor, it could direct to any kind of person. This movie is definitely a must see if you’re in for action, high paced and some fun.
Me encanto la película y como lleva la historia
Though the plot is riddled with inconsistencies, The Bad Guys is a beautifully solid adaptation of a beloved children's book.
Incredible action, funny movie, I will place this movie in the 3rd place for the best DreamWorks movie!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
"Eu faço coisas boas, porque elas me fazem bem, porque ser legal é muito bom, e quando você é legal, você é amado" tão fofo, tão real, eu levo isso para mim desde sempre, porque ser ruim, se você pode ser bom… Em um mundo onde humanos e animais antropomórficos coexistem, tão delicinha de assistir, que o tempo voa, e a diversão é garantida além da mensagem final sobre o preço das amizades e o valor de sermos bons verdadeiramente… Criativo, colorido, sincero, delicado, divertido e cativante…
If you read the books, this movie is for you! A must see! A crowd pleaser!
"The Bad Guys" is awesomely bad, but in a good way. It's funny, fast-paced, action-packed, visually creative, and has a strong ensemble cast. A true winner for DreamWorks Animation. I am excited for the sequel to come out this August.
A fun crime comedy for the whole family. The animation style was really charming with that “Into the Spider-Verse” art style of 3D models with 2D animated expressions (very expressive). The humor was a little hit-or-miss (more hits than misses) and the storyline was a bit predictable, but the action and heist scenes were so much fun with a great sense of energy. The characters were very charming with great chemistry, snappy banter and excellent voice talent.
"The Bad Guys" (2022) is a vibrant, family-friendly animated film that combines humor, action, and heartfelt moments. While the plot may be predictable and holds few surprises for seasoned movie fans, it never feels boring or unoriginal. The story is packed with clever nods to classic heist films, adding a layer of fun for adults. The characters are distinct and entertaining, though their bonds could have been explored more deeply for added emotional impact. The polished animation and engaging humor make it an enjoyable watch, especially for kids and parents. It's a fun, lighthearted adventure for all ages and tastes. #KiduMovie
I really enjoyed this movie. Even though it’s for “ kids “ the animation and the humor were great.
Una OBRA MAESTRA de DREAMWORKS.
Worst movie the books were bad the movie was bad but after I came home after watching the Sonic movie I watched this movie and boy was it bad
This movie is so good! From the storyline, voice actors, comedy is so funny, and the small scenes make this movie so good.. this is my favorite DreamWorks animated movie.. I'm also waiting for the second movie
There are now several kids movies in the animated sub-genre of "bad guys turning good." From "Wreck it Ralph", "Megamind", "Despicable Me" to "the Grinch" it is a classic tale. It is fun for the kids to root for the bad guys for most of the film, and comforting for the parents to know that in the end the characters learn to be good, and it can be cool to be good too. DreamWorks latest addition to this sub-genre "the Bad Guys" is pretty OK. On the positive side, the animation is very cool. They use the Spiderverse style of animation, using CG models laced over with some hand drawn details, particularly with the eyes and mouths. They work well together and make the characters and movement very fun to watch. The voice acting is all on point, Sam Rockwell as Wolf does a terrific job bringing this likable villain to life. Awkwafina provides her unique voice to Tarantula, and the rest of the cast all match their characters very well. The main 5 villain crew have good chemistry, and their dialogue comes across as very natural, as if they were all in the recording booth at the same time improvising their lines. The story takes some fun twists and turns that, although most adults will see coming, will surely surprise the children audience. On the negative side, the movie has a lot of juvenile humor in it. There is a character who always farts when he is nervous, and there is an overly long back and forth about a lamp that looks like a butt. In general there actually isn't that many jokes in the movie in general. I watched with a packed theater and I can only think of two jokes that got laughs from the crowd. And the ending of the movie falls back on some of the same old tired kid's movie tropes. Not the greatest, but it's not all that bad guys.
I was truly impressed by the character designs and the backstories that enhanced the storytelling. Additionally, the presentation was concise and easy to understand, making it another outstanding film.
Fast paced, Great watch!
