The Breaker Upperers Reviews
Funny, stupid, and fun! I think the low expectations from the audience ratings led to a feelgood surprise. Really enjoyable!
Solid comedy that made me laugh
This movie starts off brilliantly but fades as we get towards the end which is a shame.
It feels more like a 온라인카지노추천 show series and I don't think the title deserves to be called the breaker uppers because there isn't much besides the beginning but I did and that is a pretty enjoyable and pretty funny watch 7/10
Two stars who wrote and produced it work incredibly together. Script is fairly tight, I would put only some criticism on some scenes, like the police stripper section, feeling a little crass and unnecessary, as well as the 80s music video sketch. Had me cracking up otherwise.
Funny! Good writing.
Not too impressed. Didn't think it was particularly funny. Had trouble with understanding the New Zealand accents.
Another goofy New Zealand comedy executively produced by Taika Waititi, both hilarious and sensitive but more the former about a two-woman team who specialises in helping their clients break up their relationships.
Doesn't deliver on its promising premise. Gives too easily to cheap, oversexed laughs.
Fun first half and lost its way in the second.
Very funny. New Zealand knows where it's at with comedy. Hilarious script.
There are 3 movies that I have watched the first 10-15 minutes of and had to stop watching due to how bad they were: Scary Movie 4, Grown-Ups 2 and now this. I'm not sure how it got a 90% critic score, terrible.
The gags are few and far between. But the decent performances from the two main leads can’t save this breakdown of a film relationship.
Lots of great New Zealand cameos in this. If youre a fan of Taika Waititis films youll get some enjoyment from this.
