Perri Nemiroff Shockya.com Suffers from some technical and acting issues, but the piece is so exciting and engaging overall you'll undoubtedly be hoping for a sequel when the credits roll. Rated: 3.5/5 Feb 23, 2012 Full Review Joe Lipsett Hazel & Katniss & Harry & Starr Podcast This big budget action spectacle (by Aussie standards) is a reasonable adaptation of Marsden's source material, though it misunderstands the point by amping up the action at the expense of the teen relationships. Manuela M Tomorrow- When the War Began The movie Tomorrow was created in 2010, the characters are Caitlin Stasey ( Ellie Linton ), Rachel Hurdwood (Corrie Mackenzie), Lincoln Lewis (Kevin Holmes), Deniz Akdeniz (Homer Yannos), Phoebe Tonkin (Fiona Maxwell), Andrew Rejan (Chris Lang). the director is Stuart Beatlie, this movie has seven books made in 9's, but it has just one movie. Tomorrow is a movie of adventure it talks about 6 teenagers, that went to the camp, and on the night ellie saw the war airplanes and they had to discover what is happening. In my opinion the movie is cool, i recommend the movie but i think that lacks an end, it seems like the movie stop in the middle. Whatch '' tomrrow '', because it's very interesting, and if you like adventure an action, and if you are 14 or older you will like. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 04/10/25 Full Review Maria L Tomorrow, When the War Began   In this review i'm going to talk about a 2010 movie named Tomorrow, When the War Began. It was directed by Stuart Beattie and the main characters are played by Caitlin Stasey (Ellie), Chris Pang (Lee), Ashleight Cummins (Robyn), Phoebe Tonkin (Fiona), Deniz Akdeniz (Homer), Rachel Hurd-Wood (Corrie), Andrew Ryan (Chris Lang) and Lincoln Lewis (Kevin). The question i'm going to answer is Should you watch this movie?   This movie follows Elie Linton and her friends while they try to survive in the middle of an invasion. An unindentified countru invaded Wirrawee, in Australia, and trapped the people. The main characters weren't arrested because they were camping, and now, they have to fight to survive. I liked the movie story and most of the characters, but there were some things that i didn't like. For example, i found the scene where Robyn kills three soldiers very bad, because they (Who are trained soldiers all their lives) can't hit any off the teenagers, but she (Who has never held a gun) beats all the others. I don't like Fiona either, because she doesn't do anything useful during the movie and only gets in the way of things, especially when she turns off the walkie-talkie. Despite this, i thought the movie was good and engaging, with an interesting story. If you like action movies, i recommend this one for you to watch, it isn't the best movie in the world, but i liked it, so i'm giving 4 stars. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 04/10/25 Full Review Lavinia K Tomorrow, when the war began. In this review I am going to talk about a movie called “Tomorrow, when the war began”. The director is Stuart Beattie, and its main characters are Caitlin Stasey (Ellie), Rachel Hurd-Wood (Corrie), Lincoln Lewis (Kevin), DEniz Akdeniz (Homer), Phoebe Tonkin (Fiona), Andrew Ryan (Chris), Colin Friels (Dr. Clements), Chris Pang (Lee) and Ashleigh Cummings (Robyn). It's an action-drama movie based on the book by John Marsden. The story follows a group of young Australians who, after a surprise attack by foreign forces on their town, are forced to fight for survival and the freedom of their homeland. While dealing with the challenges of war, they must grow up quickly, face moral dilemmas and discover the true meaning of courage and friendship in times of conflict. The movie mixes adventure and reflection on the impact of war on the lives of ordinary people. I'm not a fan of the movie. It's sincerely cringe and has very dumb characters. It has a lot of inappropriate scenes like sex and necking, which is not very nice. Most of the scenes don't make sense, like 100,000 soldiers shooting at one person but still missing, Robyn picking up a gun for the first time and killing 3 fully armed soldiers, the fact that they say they became adults in the middle of the war, and the main idea of the movie which is to make a camp in the middle of a forest in the middle of the Outback desert, which has no means of communication! If you like cringes, romance, war, suspense, sacrifice and so on, this is the no.1 movie for you. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 04/10/25 Full Review Catherine W Tomorrow, When the War Began Today I'm going to talk about the movie "Tomorrow, When the War Began". It was launched in 2010, movie is rated for 14 years old. The main characters are: Ellie, Lee, Homer, Corrie, Robyn, Fiona and Kevin. The director of movie is Stuart Beattie. The movie starts with a teenager's group going to a camping. When they came back, they saw the whole city invaded, their families were captured. They went after weapons to fight for Werrawe, the small city that was invaded. This movie is so fun and I really recommend this movie, I give this movie an 8.5, but I still thought it was really cool. I really hope you wacht it. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 04/10/25 Full Review Carolina L this movie was released in 2010, with an age rating of 14 years. the main actors are: caitlin stasey, ashleigh cummings, deniz akdeniz, lincoln lewis, phoebe tonkin, rachel hurdwood, chris pang and andrew ryan. the director is stuart beattie, the genre is action and adventure. 62% of people liked this movie. six young people leave the city to spend a weekend camping in the mountains - called hell. when they get back, their city isn't the same. their families disappeared, and they're the only ones capable of fighting to free their people. for me, the main ideia of the movie is very good, but it has some bad effects. the movie is very silly, but the story is amazing. i liked the movie, but i only recommend for people younger than 13 years. i think that they have to make a new movie inspired by this one. with better effects and more movies, because it just has the movie one. but i recommend. if you like adventure and action, i think that you'll like this movie. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 04/10/25 Full Review Clara M Tomorrow, when the war began. The movie was made in 2010 by Stuart Beattie. The main actor are: Caitlin Stasey, Rachel Hurdwood, Lincon Lewis, Deniz Akdeniz, Phoebe Tonkin, etc... This movie is an adaptation of a book that was written by john Marden, in 1993. The movie sets on Wirrawe, an australian coastal town. Elile (Caitlin) and her friends decided to go on a trip to the mountains (the Hell) and miss the city's festival. When they are there, Ellie saw some airplaines. Weird things were happening... They had to decide what they would do. I thought the movie was very good, but the end was not that great. So, it is not a bad movie, but is not so good... I liked it You should watch this movie if you like adventure and thriller, this is perfect.
