A Walk to Remember Reviews
A Walk to Remember is a heartfelt, beautifully told story of love, faith, and transformation. Mandy Moore and Shane West deliver touching performances that bring depth to their characters. The film’s emotional arc is sincere without being overly sentimental, making it a timeless romantic drama. Its message about redemption, hope, and the impact one person can have on another’s life lingers long after the credits roll. A genuinely moving experience worth watching.
This movie is an absolute favorite of my wife and daughter. It is well produced and acted. Pure, clean love until the tragic end. Many live this every day and I have endured and witnessed this level of love and agony of my mother when my dad passed. The critics are heartless.

Filme fraco, o roteiro é fraco, as cenas são fracas, a história é fraca e desinteressante, o elenco é mais ou menos, e ninguém melhora o filme, com tudo isso, eu não recomendo esse filme.
A Walk to Remember is a timeless classic. I first watched it upon release and just revisited it recently. While the slower pace and music are noticeable at times, they don't detract from the heart of the film: the chemistry between the actors and the overall story. The film delivers a love story with obstacles, and if you're unaware of the ending, it's genuinely surprising. The twist comes out of nowhere, making it all the more impactful for those not expecting it. It's unfortunate that critics often rated this film lower than it deserves. For me, A Walk to Remember stands as my second favorite in the genre, with The Notebook taking the top spot. It touches the heart deeply, leaving viewers with a greater appreciation for time and the ones we love before it’s gone.
The premises are about love at any time, positive and tragic. Nicholas Sparks used a real life event to build on the spirit of love with circumstances that change everything. I think loving someone like the main characters have is noble.
It was cheesy but made me cry
Este es mi gusto culposo, amo las historias sencillas y que tengan una reflexión final. Me gusto la interpretación de los actores.
I love this move so much. its literally my favorite movie. Its really a wholesome movie and its very cute.
A nice romantic film.
I don't get the other critics but for me it was one of my favorite romantic movies of all time maybe it's been quite cheesy for others probably it's been done for two decades ago which is apparently in a different phase now. But for me the words used , the characters, the singing of Mandy Moore, the story was not just another teen movie but it was made of pure love and sweetness that would make you want to fall in love that way😍 and made me still weep after watching it for the 8th time.
Absolutely love this movie. Yes, it is cheesy as all get out, but the morality behind it and the growth of the characters that takes place make the movie worth watching.
Sappy and dated, but cute
Really enjoyed it, but it seemed to move too quickly. Some films execute an expedited story well. This is good, just could have slowed it down a little.
Justice for A Walk to Remember
I made an account literally just for this… this movie is so bad. Look, I’m a hopeless romantic—I love romance movies, and my favorite movie is 10 Things I Hate About You. But this movie… was so bad. I can’t even think of anything else. The characters have, like, zero chemistry. He really only fell in love with her because she could sing and looked good in the dress she was wearing during the play. And I haven’t even finished the movie yet, but I’m over halfway through, and it doesn’t even seem like she likes him at all. And also, how many tropes can you fit in one movie? I’m sorry, but there are so many, it just ruins it. Oh, she’s the pastor’s daughter who wants to witness a miracle, has a to-do list for her life, and isn’t allowed to date? Cliche. Oh, he’s the bad boy with daddy issues who can’t dance? Cliche. Oh, she doesn’t want him to fall in love with her? Cliche. Oh, he’s falling out with his friends because of her? Cliche. There’s just *so many*. And the guy who got hurt in the beginning? Does he even play a role? At all? I don’t even know his name. Or any of the characters names. I only remember her name’s Jamie. That’s it. None of the other characters stand out enough to me, or have their names said *so much* that I remember their names. It’s just… boring. This whole movie is boring. And cliche. And just generally bad.
Heart felt story with a slow but pleasant pace. Very emotional and learning story, where the good acting by the main characters really made you feel it all the way through your skin.
I cried but not for the reason you'd expect.... Loved Landon Rollins Karsten in this role!
I just reached a few days ago, and i enjoyed it so much much almost like the first that i saw it, but could have been a bit better if it was exactly two hours long
"A walk to remember" walked so that "fault in our stars" could run
