Interesting concept that likely will be the future at some point. Despite the drama, none of the characters were compelling.

It has some interesting ideas and I liked the Father - son chemistry between Ernest and Jerome but it's a really slow paced movie. I was outright bored at some points.

Fans of Michael Shannon will appreciate his nuanced performance in this Western Dystopian drama. Told in acts to represent the seasons, the film avoids the tired "fix the world" trope but focuses instead on the health and legacy of a family just trying to re-adjust.
